The mission of the Kemper Neshoba Regional Correctional Facility is to provide a safe, secure and humane environment for both officers and inmates. kemper Neshoba Regional Correctional facility 374 Stennis Industrial Pard Road Dekalb, Ms 39328 Phone: 601-743-5767 Fax: 601-743-2222 The Kemper Neshoba Regional Correctional is under Sheriff James R. Moore is comprised of a Warden, 2 Captains,4 Lieutenants, 4 Sergeants, 21 Correctional Officers, 2 Nurse, 2 Chaplains, 2 Case Workers and 1 Office Manager. All officers are required to attend a 40-hour class on Jail Standards. These officer are also trained in CPR, self Defense and first aid. The Kemper Neshoba Regional Correctional Facility house both male and female inmates. We do not house juveniles. They are housed in Scott County Ms. The mens side of the jail has a capacity of 280 state, 50 Joint County State and 50 county inmates. The female side capacity is 75 state and 12 county inmates
